Underground Drilling Rigs: Custom-designed For Diamond Core Drilling
X5 Series hydraulic underground core drilling rig is specifically engineered for underground 360° drilling operations, making it ideal for diamond core drilling and other advanced drilling works. The underground drilling rig is composed of three main sections: the control panel, rig body, and power unit. The rig body features a rotatable base, sliding mast, head rotation and feed system, wire line winch, and foot clamp. The power unit includes an electromotor, an electric control box, and a hydraulic system. Additionally, a specialized mud pump can be equipped to accommodate clients' unique requirements.

Main Technical Features
1. The X5 Series underground core drilling rig features a separated, compact structure that is lightweight, flexible, and easy to operate. Its modular block design ensures excellent disassemblability, allowing for rapid and convenient assembly, transport, and mounting. The system also supports remote control and operation, providing added flexibility and convenience for underground drilling projects.
2. The hydraulic pump is powered by an explosion-proof electric motor via the operating system. This hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic motor, which in turn rotates the drill head. Simultaneously, the movement of the drill head is achieved through a dual-speed mechanism utilizing both an oil cylinder and a chain, ensuring efficient and precise control during drilling operations.
3. The hydraulic chuck is designed to provide both shackle functionality and power-off protection. This ensures secure holding of the drill string during operations, as well as enhanced safety by automatically engaging in the event of a power loss.
4. The mast is equipped with sliding and extending/retracting functions, allowing the bottom of the mast to make direct contact with the ground or platform. This design feature significantly enhances the stability of the drill rig during operation.
5. The swinging arm and mast are capable of luffing movements, enabling multi-angle drilling operations. This flexibility allows the rig to meet diverse drilling requirements in various underground environments.
6. TThe underground drilling rig offers a wide range of spindle rotation speeds and delivers high torque, ensuring optimal performance for various drilling conditions and material types.

Applications
The X5 hydraulic underground core drilling rig, characterized by its high efficiency, precision, and adaptability, is widely used in the following key applications:
Metal Mine Exploration
Used for in-depth exploration, ore body boundary delineation, resource reserve verification, and accurate core sampling in underground gold, copper, and iron mines, providing data support for mining planning.
Non-metallic Mineral Exploration
Applicable to underground geological structure detection, gas outburst prediction, and hydrogeological surveys in coal, phosphate, and limestone mines to ensure mining safety.
Tunnel Engineering Survey
During railway and highway tunnel construction, this system is used for advanced geological forecasting (detecting potential hazards such as faults and water inflows ahead) and for assessing the stability of the surrounding rock mass around the tunnel, thereby reducing construction risks.
Geological Hazard Management
It is used for the detection and investigation of underground caverns and goafs, providing a basis for the development of management plans for geological hazards such as landslides and ground collapses.
