After-Sales Training Program
(1) Training On Equipment Composition, Structure, And Working Principle
Goal: To ensure that users can deeply understand the structure of the equipment, the functions of each component, and the overall working principle so that they can install and debug the equipment by themselves, and have basic fault identification and maintenance capabilities.
Content:
* Introduction to the overall composition and main components of the equipment.
* The working principle and operation mechanism of the equipment.
* Installation and debugging steps and precautions.
* Analysis of the causes of common faults and maintenance methods.
* Software and hardware operation and application technology training, and unlimited free online technical support for software, the training location is provided by the purchaser.
* Provide irregular equipment application technology training services.
(2) On-site Training
Goal: Through actual operation, train 2 equipment operators to deepen customers' understanding of equipment use, ensure that users can operate the equipment proficiently and safely, and master daily maintenance and emergency handling skills until they master them.
Content:
* Introduction to the basic principles and operation interface of the equipment.
* Daily use and operation process of the equipment.
* Equipment maintenance methods and cycles.
* On-site troubleshooting and emergency treatment measures for common faults.
Methods:
* On-site guidance by our technical staff.
* Practical operation demonstration and simulation exercises.
* On-site questions and answers from users.
After-sales Service
In technical support and after-sales service, ASDRILL always adheres to our company's consistent quality management policy, the "customer-centric" service principle, and ensures that we provide customers with complete and thoughtful technical support and after-sales service. Our company's service purpose is always to provide customers with professional, standardized, and diversified services. Our company has a complete after-sales service team and a special department responsible for providing customers with comprehensive technical support and services. From telephone consultation and email, to customer on-site service, we will respond to customer requests as quickly as possible and handle various problems and failures that customers encounter during product use to ensure the normal development of customers' work.
After the contract takes effect, timely and high-quality services will be provided. Our company will provide customers with the maximum technical support. Our company is responsible for free training on "equipment operation and maintenance" for customers' equipment operators and users, and the training content and training matters will be arranged by Party B.
During the warranty period, the losses caused by improper use and management by the customer shall be borne by the customer, and our company will provide paid services. If the responsibility cannot be distinguished, our company will provide services first and then negotiate the cost.
Our company will provide long-term system installation, commissioning, and maintenance training for customer technicians to facilitate customers to master the use of equipment.
Construction site outside China:
1) During the quality warranty period of the equipment, if the equipment fails, our after-sales service engineer shall guide and help the relevant personnel of the customer to troubleshoot the fault through telephone, WeChat, etc. If the equipment fault cannot be effectively eliminated, our after-sales service engineer shall respond within 24 hours, and depart for the customer's construction site within 24 hours after obtaining the visa to assist in troubleshooting. Both parties shall first eliminate the fault in the shortest time, then jointly analyze the cause of the fault and determine the responsibility. At the same time, the customer shall ensure the life safety of our after-sales service engineers at the construction site;
2) During the quality warranty period of the equipment, for component damage caused by quality problems of the equipment, our company is responsible for free after-sales service, including dispatching after-sales service engineers to the site to diagnose and repair equipment failures, replacing parts damaged by product quality defects, and the two parties shall negotiate to bear the costs of our after-sales service engineers' domestic and international round-trip transportation, accommodation, replacement of parts, and other expenses;
3) During the quality warranty period of the equipment, for component damage caused by improper operation and use by the customer, the costs of our after-sales service engineers' domestic and international round-trip transportation, accommodation, replacement of parts, and working hours shall be borne by the customer;
4) After the quality warranty period of the equipment expires, our company will continue to provide customers with high-quality services. During the entire life cycle of the equipment, we will provide customers with technical support, reasonably priced and most favorable parts supply, and provide free technical consultation to the buyer, including telephone answers to difficult questions, and arrange after-sales service personnel to arrive at the customer's construction site to troubleshoot equipment and other issues. At this time, the round-trip transportation, accommodation, replacement of parts, and labor costs of our after-sales service personnel shall be borne by the customer.
The warranty of the equipment equipped with "Cummins diesel engine" shall be uniformly responsible for the warranty by the "diesel engine manufacturer" according to its regulations. For relevant warranty regulations and contact information, please refer to the "Cummins Diesel Engine Warranty Manual". Party B is not responsible for the warranty of the "Cummins Diesel Engine".
The warranty of the equipment equipped with the "mud pump" of Hengtan Factory shall be uniformly responsible for the warranty by the "mud pump manufacturer" Hengyang Prospecting Machinery Factory according to its regulations. For relevant warranty regulations and contact information, please refer to the "Mud Pump Warranty Manual". Party B is not responsible for the warranty of the "mud pump" of Hengtan Factory.
During the life cycle of the equipment, our company guarantees the supply of spare parts and will provide the most favorable spare parts price.
Warranty Scope
Warranty scope: If the equipment has defects due to design, materials, or process during the warranty period, our company will repair it free of charge.
Not covered by the warranty: For man-made damage, as well as product failures caused by improper application environment and user use, our company will charge corresponding fees according to the cost of inspection and maintenance. Equipment consumables and wearing parts are not covered by the warranty.
