P6 series hydraulic portable core drilling rig is designed for core exploration and construction across a variety of geological and landform environments. It is widely used in geological prospecting, foundation engineering, water conservancy and hydropower projects, as well as tunnel belt engineering exploration. Its compact and portable design makes it particularly effective in mountainous, forested, and plateau regions with complex terrain and challenging access, delivering reliable performance in demanding core drilling applications.

Main Technical Features
P5 portable drilling rig combines the advantages of traditional hydraulic drilling rigs with those of other lightweight drilling rigs on the market, offering modular portability while also providing high torque and powerful pullout force.
The top drive unit features a continuously variable speed drive, combining two mechanical gears with hydraulic stepless speed regulation. Using a single variable speed motor, it achieves a wide torque range. This allows for infinitely variable coordination between drilling torque and speed while utilizing the maximum power of the diesel engine, adapting to various formation drilling requirements.
The hydraulic system utilizes a high-pressure system, increasing drilling capacity within the same mechanical structure. Furthermore, its efficient operation significantly reduces fuel consumption compared to competing equipment.
The hydraulic direct-drive mud pump features continuously variable pumping capacity and can handle solids-phase mud.

Applications
Used for field geological surveys, small-scale mineral exploration, and supplementary exploration of mine perimeters, it can quickly obtain core samples, delineate ore bodies, and reduce initial exploration costs.
Suitable for coring concrete/rock layers in building foundations, bridge pile foundations, and tunnel linings to assess structural strength and construction quality without requiring large equipment to occupy the construction site.
Used for field well drilling and groundwater monitoring hole construction, it is particularly suitable for small water supply projects in remote mountainous and rural areas.
Used for shallow core sampling at archaeological sites (avoiding damage to cultural relics) and deep soil coring for soil pollution monitoring, it provides precise sampling with minimal site disturbance.
